Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 tbsp. diced watermelon pulp, seedless
- 1/2 small red onion heads, cut into small pieces cubes
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 lime juice, plus slices of lime for serving
- 1 jalapeno pepper, remove seeds and chop finely cubes
- 1 tbsp. l and 2 tsp olive oil
- Coarse sea salt
- 450 gr sea bass fillet, skinless
- 1 tsp chili powder (seasoning recipe see here)
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chop
- 8 tortilla corn tortillas (corn tortilla recipe, wheat tortilla recipe)
- 1 avocado, cut into slices

Recipe preparation:
- Prepare salsa: mix in a bowl watermelon, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, jalapenos, 1 tbsp. l olive oil and 1/2 tsp salt.
- Preheat the grill to a moderate to high temperature. Grate fish 2 tsp olive oil, sprinkle with chili powder and 1/2 tsp. salt. Grease the grill with olive oil, then put the fish and fry until tender, 4 to 5 minutes. from each side. Shift fish into a dish and split into small pieces.
- Meanwhile, mix romaine lettuce with 2 tbsp. l salsa and a pinch salt. Grill tortillas and fill with fish, salsa, avocado and salad. Serve tacos with slices of lime.
