An original and amazingly delicious dish of pork cutlets on bone and grapes prepare at home for any holiday. Cutlet on the bone is simply fried and stewed with grapes in white wine.

  1. We wash the cutlets on the bone, salt, roll in flour and send to hot oil. Add a clove of garlic and fry boneless cutlets from 2 sides until lightly browned.

  2. Grapes are cut in half and sent to meat. Pouring wine cover and simmer 15 minutes, after 7 minutes, turn over to another side.

  3. Put juicy cutlets on the bone on a plate, add the stewed grapes and serve with your favorite side dishes.
