A quick and amazingly delicious dish can be prepared at home on holiday table of pork cutlets on the bone, aromatic herbs and garlic butter.

  1. In a bowl, mix chopped garlic, dried rosemary (½ teaspoon) and softened butter. Sent to the freezer the camera.

  2. Pork on my bone and put in a bowl. In a small in a bowl mix vegetable oil, rosemary (¾ tsp), paprika, salt, ground pepper and dried sage. Pour into the pork and mix by rubbing the meat.

  3. We send pork in aromatic herbs to the pan, fry with 2 sides over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, until the cutlet is covered brown crust.

  4. Juicy fragrant cutlets on the bone spread on plates with with green lettuce, add the garlic cream on top butter and immediately serve.
