In a bowl, mix chopped garlic, dried rosemary (½ teaspoon) and softened butter. Sent to the freezer the camera.

Pork on my bone and put in a bowl. In a small in a bowl mix vegetable oil, rosemary (¾ tsp), paprika, salt, ground pepper and dried sage. Pour into the pork and mix by rubbing the meat.
