  1. In a bowl, mix chopped garlic, Provencal herbs, seeds mustard, oil (3 tablespoons) and ground pepper.

  2. Pork patties on the bone, salt, rub prepared garlic mixture, spread in a bowl, cover and cool at least 1 hour.

  3. Pickled patties sent to hot oil and fry on medium heat from 2 sides for 5-7 minutes, until brown crust. Juicy cutlets on the bone served with your favorite sauce, garnish and salads.
