A simple and very fragrant dish – delicious pork cutlets on cook at home, pre marinate in lemon juice, olive oil with garlic, rosemary and thyme. Then just fry in a pan.

  1. Pork cutlets on my bone, soaked in paper towels, rub with salt (2 tsp), ground pepper (1 tsp) and put in a container.

  2. Add lemon juice to the pork, cut into slices squeezed lemon, sprigs of rosemary, thyme, chopped garlic and butter (½ cups). Turn the pieces over, rub the marinade into the meat, cover and cool for at least 2 hours, preferably 4 hours.

  3. Put the pickled pieces in a pan, add a little marinade, herbs and garlic and fry over medium heat from 2 sides 10 minutes until the pieces are lightly browned. If the garlic starts burn, remove.

  4. Ready juicy cutlets on the bone serve hot with your beloved garnish and vegetable light salads.
