- 1 piece of ginger root 2.5 cm long, peel and grate on grater

- 2 tbsp. l chopped green onions

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Chop the sweet potatoes with a fork over the entire surface and microwave until tender, about 15 minutes
