Powdered Sweet Potato Mashed Potatoes curry.
Almond milk gives a milky taste. Spice Ginger and Curry combined with the sweetness of potatoes, and lime adds bright aftertaste at the end.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 medium sweet potato tubers (approximately 800 g.)
- 1/2 tsp almond milk
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 4 thin slices of peeled fresh ginger
- 1/2 lime
- Toasted sliced almonds, cilantro for decoration

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Wrap the yam in foil, put on a baking sheet and bake until soft for 1 hour. Give cool the potatoes.
