  1. Peel the carrots and onions. Grate carrots, chop onions cubes.
  2. Cut the zucchini into bars.
  3. Just chop the beans.

  7. Pour the grated tomatoes, add pepper, laurel, chopped garlic, simmer under the lid for 20 minutes over moderate heat.
  8. Put the fried liver, mix, simmer under the lid three minutes. Add greens at the end.
