Recipe preparation:
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, orange juice, light brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, corn starch, sesame oil and red pepper petals.
- Put the wok on a moderately strong fire and lubricate the dining room a spoonful of peanut butter. When the oil glistens, add half pieces of chicken. Stir fry (method “steer-fry”) until cooked, 3-4 minutes. Put on a plate and repeat the process with the remaining chicken.
