- We wash the rice, changing the water until it becomes transparent. AT pour the pan 500 ml. water, shift the rice and let stand 10 minutes.
- We put on a strong fire, close the lid and bring to boiling. Reduce the heat and cook for 5-6 minutes, until the water is absorbed. We increase the fire for 30 seconds, remove from the stove and leave under cover for 20 minutes.
- We put the rice in a bowl, add sugar, salt and rice vinegar. Mix, breaking the lumps, and cool. Have a nice appetite!
