- 2 tbsp. l olive oil + extra to drizzle soup
- 1 pack (340 gr.) Ready-made Anduiet sausages, cut cut in half lengthwise and cut into pieces of 2.5 cm.
- 450 gr sliced red young potatoes
- 100 gr. bean beans, trimmed and cut in half
- 100 gr. green beans, cut and cut in half
- 1 ear of corn, cut grains
- 1 tbsp. l tomato paste
- 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
- 2 tbsp. lightly salted chicken stock
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh parsley

Recipe preparation:
- In a large saucepan over moderate heat, heat the olive butter. Add sausage and fry, stirring frequently, until golden colors, about 5 minutes. Place a slotted spoon on a plate.
- Add potatoes, yellow and green beans to the same pan, corn, tomato paste, thyme, 3/4 tsp salt and a little ground black pepper and mix to evenly distribute Ingredients. Pour in 4 tbsp. water and chicken stock and bring to boiling. Reduce heat to moderately low and simmer until potatoes will not become soft within 15 minutes.
- Add the grilled sausage to the pan and bring the soup back to boiling; salt it. Serve by adding tomatoes to each serving. parsley and sprinkled with olive oil.
