  1. Cucumber and my radish and cut into thin slices, iceberg salad tear with your hands or chop randomly, chop dill finely.
  2. On the stove, we heat the pan with the addition of vegetable oil, we send salmon, salt and pepper to it.
  3. Fry to medium, pouring oil.
  4. Prepare a poached egg. To do this, send a pan with water to a fire, bring to a boil and make a funnel. To the funnel gently pour the egg and cook for 3 or 4 minutes.
  5. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Spread poached egg and lightly fry, pouring oil.
  6. Mix radish with cucumber in a bowl, season with sour cream and dill.
  7. Add lettuce leaves and mix again gently.
  8. For serving, we take a deep plate, put the salad on a plate, a poached egg on top, a fish on an egg. Sprinkle with olive oil.
