For the preparation of this summer salad, mix in one bowl. boiled pasta (preferably small, for example, campanelle), tomatoes, green beans and prawns fried in a pan. To make the beans slightly tender and pleasantly crispy, blanch it first boiling water, and then abruptly pour over ice water. For shrimp frying so it only takes a few minutes, and then they turn out elastic and juicy. Ready salad mixed with light vinaigrette dressing, which fills it with a refreshing taste. You can serve as hearty independent dish. - 220 gr medium shrimp, peeled from shells and intestinal veins
- 2 tbsp. l white wine vinegar
- 1 small shallots, minced
- 1/3 Art. + 1 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 tbsp. chopped and chopped green beans
- 220 gr Campanelle pasta (bells) or other pasta tubular shape
- 1/4 Art. chopped fresh chives
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped

Recipe preparation:
- In a large pan, bring salted water to a boil.
- In a large bowl, mix vinegar, shallots, 1/3 tbsp. olive oil, 0.5 tsp salt and a little ground black pepper.
- In a medium-sized frying pan over medium heat, heat the remaining 1 tbsp. l olive oil until it starts to flicker. Add shrimp, 1/4 tsp. salt and a little black pepper and fry, stirring until tender, about 3 minutes. Shift to a plate.
- Boil green beans in boiling water until it becomes crispy soft, 3-4 minutes. Throw the beans into a colander with a slotted spoon and place under a stream of cold water so that it ceases to boil. Add the beans to the dressing bowl.
- Pour pasta into boiling water and cook according to recommendation on the packaging. Drain and rinse the paste under cold water to keep it cool; put in a bowl with dressing and beans.
- Add shrimp, onions and tomatoes to the bowl and mix. Salt and pepper to taste. The best pasta salad serve right away.
