If you already have ready pizza dough, then the cooking process will not take much time.   • 1 – 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 250 gr thin slices of serrano ham
  • 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
  • 6 peaches, thinly sliced ​​on a mandolin
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 150 gr. washed arugula
  • 900 gr. burrata cheese
  • Flour for sprinkling

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Lubricate two baking sheets with a thin layer vegetable oil. Lay slices of ham in one layer, lightly grease with vegetable oil and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, turning them over in the middle of baking with the other side to make the ham crispy. Remove from the oven and cool.
  2. Roll 3 balls from pizza dough. Sprinkle a worker surface with flour (or corn grits for texture) and roll each ball into an oblong flat cake 25-30 cm long. and 10 cm wide. Lubricate on both sides with olive oil.
  3. In a saucepan over moderate heat, melt the butter and fry peaches with brown sugar and a little salt and pepper until they are caramelized, 3-4 minutes.
  4. On high heat, heat a grill pan or light a street grill until very hot. Fry 1 oiled flatbread in 2 minutes before distinct marks from the grill appear grilling.
