Ingredients for the recipe:
- 3 tbsp. chopped grilled chicken (skinless, about 350 gr.)
- 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Unsalted butter
- 1 chopped orange bell pepper
- 2 chopped small yellow zucchini
- 1 chopped bunch of green onions (white and green parts divided)
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 can (450 gr.) Canned white beans
- 3 ears of corn, cut grain
- 1/4 Art. chopped fresh basil
- 2 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lime juice
- Grated cheese and sour cream for sprinkling

Recipe preparation:
- Melt the butter in a medium large saucepan over medium heat. Add bell peppers and fry, stirring occasionally while it is will not begin to soften, from 3 to 4 minutes. Add the yellow zucchini and white onion and continue to fry, stirring occasionally until zucchini will not begin to soften, from 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add garlic to the vegetables, 1/2 tsp. salt and a few pinches black pepper and mix. Add 2 tbsp. water and beans; bring boil and cook for about 4 minutes.
