- 4 chicken breasts on bone with skin (about 900 gr.)

- 1 chopped red bell pepper
- 1 bunch finely chopped green onions (white and green parts separately)
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 tbsp. apple cider
- 1/4 Art. ketchup
- 2 tbsp. l worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. l and 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp. l (45 gr.) Unsalted butter

Recipe preparation:
