Subji with Adyghe cheese: video recipe

This is my cooking option for a popular Indian stew subji. It’s all about spices. I mixed ginger, turmeric and asafoetida. And in the original recipe, Indian panir cheese is used, I took Adyghe. It turned out delicious!

  1. Wash and chop vegetables. Carrots and potatoes in circles, pepper straws. Dice the cheese.
  2. Heat the pan over medium heat with oil, lay out potatoes, carrots and peppers and fry for 10-15 minutes almost until potato readiness.
  3. Then add broccoli and peas, spices, salt and pepper to taste and fry for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Then add cheese and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
