The festive snack will look very bright and original, if you cook it at home from cherry tomatoes with mozzarella and fresh basil leaves. Sauce will give a special taste to the sauce from balsamic vinegar, honey and olive oil.

  1. We cut the cherry tomatoes on the lids and take out the pulp with seeds a teaspoon. Leave the pulp and use for cooking other dishes.

  2. Turn the tomatoes over and put them on paper towels for 15 minutes, so all excess fluid will go away.

  3. Pour balsamic vinegar, oil (1 tbsp) into the pan, add honey and simmer for 10 minutes, until thickens. Cooling down.

  4. Turn over the cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with oil, sprinkle salt and add to the bottom a small amount of aromatic sauce.

  5. Cut mozzarella cheese into small pieces, carefully fill prepared cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with ground pepper, chopped with basil leaves and immediately serve on the festive table.
