  1. We cut off the tops of the tomato and pull out the pulp.
  2. Sprinkle some salt inward and place them so that cutting part was down for 15 minutes.
  3. We mix goat cheese with pepper and aromatic herbs.
  4. We begin to stuff each tomato with cheese.
  5. Garnish tomatoes with basil leaves. Enjoy your meal!
