  1. Cook rice in advance and cool.
  2. Boil eggs, peel and cut into a cube in rice.
  3. Raw peeled squid carcasses stuffed with rice with the egg.
  4. Fry coarsely chopped mushrooms in a pan. 5 minutes
  5. Add 100ml cream.
  6. Separately mix another 100 ml of cream with flour. Shuffle and pour in mushrooms. pepper.
  7. Put the squid to the mushrooms.
  8. Turn over after 2 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  10. Sprinkle with herbs. Season with salt.
  11. Simmer over medium heat for another 3 minutes. Done.
