- We will prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- We wash the rice several times until the water becomes clear. Soak in 0.5 cups of hot water (this is approximately 100 ml) and leave for 10 minutes.

- Lubricate a deep frying pan or pan with butter and spread our stuffed peppers.
- Mix sour cream with 400 ml of cold water, add the contents bag “Maggie” (section for sauce), mix well.
- The resulting sauce is poured into the pan. Stew peppers under the lid over low heat for about 40 or 50 minutes.
