  1. We will prepare all the necessary ingredients. Stuffed peppers
  2. We wash the rice several times until the water becomes clear. Soak in 0.5 cups of hot water (this is approximately 100 ml) and leave for 10 minutes.

  4. Rub carrots on a coarse grater.
  5. Peel and finely chop the onion.
  6. Stuffing mix with vegetables and rice without draining the water.
  7. Add “Maggie” seasoning to the minced meat, mix everything well. We fill the peppers with the resulting minced meat. But not very tight.
  8. Lubricate a deep frying pan or pan with butter and spread our stuffed peppers.
  9. Mix sour cream with 400 ml of cold water, add the contents bag “Maggie” (section for sauce), mix well.
  10. The resulting sauce is poured into the pan. Stew peppers under the lid over low heat for about 40 or 50 minutes.
