  1. Prepare the filling. Peel, wash, cut the mushrooms. Bow, peel, wash, chop the garlic. Chop nuts.
  2. Fry onion with mushrooms in a pan with oil, salt, pepper, add garlic, nuts, mix, set aside.
  3. Beat an egg with salt and pepper for breading. On another plate mix sesame seeds with flour.
  4. Hold the chilled liver in the freezer a little, it’s easier cut as thin as possible plates.
  5. Put the mushroom filling on the liver, on top – the second plate the liver.
  6. Gently roll the liver in the egg, then in the breading.
  7. Fry in a frying pan with oil under a closed lid for five minutes, then under the open until crust.
