This appetizer differs from traditional stuffed ones, or how their are called in the West, diabolical eggs as their form of supply. Eggs Served vertically and covered with lids. - 12 eggs
- 1/4 Art. mayonnaise (or yogurt as a more wholesome alternatives)
- 1 tbsp. l spicy brown mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp pickled cucumber religion
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp. l chopped chives
- 2 tbsp. l crumbled fried bacon for serving (for wish)

Recipe preparation:
- Put the eggs in a large pot and fill with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then turn off the stove, cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Drain the pan and pour eggs with cold water to cool. Swap twice water.
- Peel the eggs and cut from the bottom of each small piece so that they stand upright and do not fall. Cut off the top a third of each egg and set aside the tops.
