  4. Mix thick sour cream and tomato paste in a bowl.

  6. Lay the peppers standing, pour water to the middle of the contents, cover and simmer for forty minutes over moderate heat.
  7. Serve the finished dishes with the sauce, which was stewed peppers or sour cream.
