  • 900 gr. young potatoes cut in half
  • 450 gr thin green bean pods
  • 2 grape tomatoes, cut lengthwise and thinly chopped
  • Leaves with 4 branches of thyme
  • 3 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 4 things. finely chopped green onions
  • 0.25 Art. chicken broth

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Using a small sharp knife make an incision in each breast 2/3 of the length, starting with a thick the end. Stretch the incision with your fingers to make a hole. Sprinkle chicken pepper. Mix blue cheese with arugula and spinach, stuff the mixture with the breast. Wrap the breasts in bacon tightly to close meat evenly. Put the chicken on a baking sheet and fry 20-22 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the chicken solid.
  2. Put potatoes in a pan and pour water. Bring to boil, add salt and boil for 15 minutes until the potatoes become soft. Drain and return the potatoes to the pan. Add to potatoes 2 tbsp. l oils, green onions, broth and salt and pepper. Knead for 1 minute.
  3. Boil water 1.5 cm. Cut the ends of the beans. Salt water and put green beans there. Slow boil for 5 minutes, drain the water and mix with tomatoes, thyme, 1 Art. l butter, salt and pepper.
