  1. I cut a stalk of cabbage.
  2. I put water to boil.
  3. I dip the cabbage in boiling water and disconnect in turn outgoing leaves with a break of about 2-3 minutes.
  4. I fill the rice with water, put on a fire and bring to a boil.
  5. Drain the rice and rinse with cold water.
  6. I send rice to ground beef, salt, pepper and spices taste and mix well. If the meat is dry, add water.
  7. I cut off a rough vein from the leaves of cabbage. Spread the minced meat and I wrap it with an envelope.
  8. At the bottom of the dishes I spread a couple of cabbage leaves, on top stuffed cabbage.
  9. Onions cut into small cube, bell pepper on medium cube (I have frozen), carrots on a large grater.
  10. Fry onion first in sunflower oil, then add carrots and bell pepper. Fry it all together a couple of minutes and add tomato paste. Fry some more.
  11. After which I add water in which the cabbage was cooked. I bring to boiling. Salt, pepper to taste.
  12. Now fill the cabbage rolls with roasting and leave to stew on low heat for 40 minutes.
  13. Sprinkle cabbage with finely chopped greens. I’m giving with sour cream.
