- Peel and finely chop the ginger.
- Combine soy sauce, ginger, minced meat and sesame oil. Everything mix.
- Add the green onion to the minced meat.
- Leave alone for 20-30 minutes.
- Boil water and salt. Lower the leaves of cabbage for one minute.
- After immediately send to a bowl of cold water. Dry with using a paper towel. The hard part of the leaves is removed.
- In each sheet we wrap one tablespoon of minced meat.
- We put parchment paper on the bottom of the double boiler, and on it stuffed cabbage.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes.
