The original version of the Polynesian appetizer rumaki – wrapped bacon water chestnuts with chicken liver marinated in soy sauce – made from figs, goat cheese and pesto sauce, with bright tasteful.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 24 pcs. dried figs (about 300 gr.)
- 100 gr. goat cheese at room temperature
- 1 tbsp. l finished pesto
- 1 tbsp. l lemon juice and 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 12 slices of bacon, cut in half obliquely

Recipe preparation:
- Place the grill in the center of the oven and heat the grill. Cut the figs along 3/4 of the thickness and open each, like a book; set aside.
- Stir goat cheese, pesto, lemon juice and zest and 0.25 hours each. l salt and pepper in a small bowl with a rubber spatula. Вput figs in 1 tsp. cheese mixture.
- Wrap stuffed figs with a piece of bacon and fix a toothpick. Put the figs down on the baking tray with a high side. Fry under the grill, turning over once, until the bacon will not become crispy, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
