  1. Boil eggs, peel, cut into 2 halves, yolks take out and put in a bowl. Cut avocado, take out the flesh and finely chop together with mushrooms, gherkins and green onions. We leave the chopped onion a little.

  2. In a bowl, mix prepared yolks, avocados, champignons, onions, gherkins, mustard, mayonnaise and ground pepper. We try the mixture on salt.

  3. Fill halves with mushroom mixture, put on a plate, sprinkle with green onions and serve.
