- Brew instant noodles with a minimum quantity water. Spices from packaging to add or not to add – to your taste. Steam under the lid.
- Add Mayo. Allow the noodles to cool and soak.
- 2 hard boiled eggs. Pour cold water. When cool peel and chop finely.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Finely chop the fresh herbs.
- Sliced eggs, grated cheese, canned corn add to the noodles. Add more mayonnaise to taste. Mix well. No salt required. Sprinkle with fresh herbs.
