  1. Pork fillet cut into medium slices, champignons – slices, onions – finely, pickles with sweet pepper – cubes. We send pork to oil and fry until brown colors.

  2. Put prepared mushrooms in the fried fillet, onions and fry, stirring until onion is soft. Add tomato paste, flour, paprika, ground pepper, salt, pour water (500 ml.) and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

  3. We send pickles to the braised pork with mushrooms, sweet pepper, pour cream, try on salt and simmer for another 25 minutes. If a the sauce becomes too thick, add more water.

  4. Serve the pork in Stroganov style with mashed potatoes and salted vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage).
