  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into thin strips, onion into half rings, washed mushrooms – slices.

  2. In the oil (2 tbsp.) Send the pieces of tenderloin, add paprika, ground pepper, salt and fry over medium heat for 10 minutes.

  3. After cutting, add oil (2 tbsp). Fry. onion, until it becomes rosy, spread the mushrooms and fry for 5-7 minutes, until the liquid evaporates. We send sour cream, pepper to the mushrooms, salt and mix.

  4. Spread the fried slices of the tenderloin, mix, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. We try on salt.

  5. Serve Stroganoff-style pork with spaghetti or mashed potatoes and vegetable salad seasoned with vegetable oil.
