Green salad beans for the winter

To prepare beans for the winter you will need:
- young bean pods 1.5 kg
- green tomatoes 1 kg
- carrots 3 pcs
- onion 5 pcs
- parsley root 40 gr
- parsley 5 branches
- black pepper peas 5-6 pcs
- granulated sugar 3 teaspoons
- coarse salt 1 teaspoon with a slide
- vinegar 9% 30 ml (2 tablespoons)
- sunflower or olive oil for frying
You can cook beans for the winter with vegetables So:
Wash the pods, cut the ends on both sides and cut 3 cm stripes.
Dip the “tails” in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. Fold in a colander and rinse immediately with cold water.
