Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 500 gr. green and wax beans
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chop
  • 2 tbsp. l capers
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers

Recipe preparation:

  1. Throw green beans in boiling salted water and cook in for 6 minutes, until soft, drain the water. Grind garlic in a mortar, capers and zest, shift the paste into a preheated pan with olive oil and fry under the lid for 2 min. Add juice lemon and bring to a boil. Then add green beans and continue cooking, stirring, for another 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper to to taste.
