- Cut the ends of the beans. Cut the carrots into strips about the same size as bean pods.
- Set a colander over a pot of boiling water, put the carrots and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the beans and cook another 4 minutes.
- Grind the garlic, chopped parsley and cilantro. We put greens and garlic in a blender bowl and chop everything in pulse mode. Then add lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, zira and mix quickly. Salt and pepper.
- Put the finished vegetables in a bowl and mix with half sauce. We put it on the dish and pour the remaining sauce. Have a nice appetite!
