- Cook the green beans in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
- Open a jar of beans and chickpeas, drain the liquid and we wash them.
- Mix the string beans with white beans and chickpeas. Add to them tomatoes, shallots, celery, garlic and pre-fried pepper.
- Whip in a separate container olive oil, wine vinegar, sugar and mustard until smooth.
- Add the sauce and herbs to the salad. Season with salt and pepper.
