  1. We need only half a cup of wild rice. Cook on slow fire for 40 minutes (in a ratio of 1: 3), turn off the fire and leave under the lid for 10 minutes.
  2. Wash my tangerine, wipe with a dry towel and remove a little zest, squeeze juice out of half the mandarin. You can also use sweet orange if there is no mandarin. Mix juice with olive oil and 0.5 tsp. honey.
  3. Fresh my strawberries, remove the tails and arbitrarily chopped.
  4. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Lay the salad in layers, using a special form for salads (culinary ring).
  5. First we spread wild rice, then cheese, on top of the arugula. We pour sauce over each layer.
  6. The topmost layer is from strawberries.
  7. Season the salad with pepper, sprinkle with zest on top. Spatter balsamic vinegar.
