  • 3 cloves of garlic, chop
  • 1 tbsp. l minced peeled ginger
  • 1 bunch of green onions, cut into rings
  • 1/4 Art. chopped almonds or chopped nuts cashew nuts

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix egg white, sake and 1 tbsp in a medium-sized bowl. l corn starch. Add chicken and mix. Mix in another bowl 2 tbsp. l corn starch, oyster sauce and half a glass of water.
  2. Boil broccoli in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, drain water and rinse under cold water.
  3. Heat over medium heat in a pan 1 tbsp. l olive oil. Add chicken meat and fry, stirring, for about 4 minutes. Transfer to a dish. Increase the temperature and add 1 tbsp. l olive oil.
