Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 tbsp. basmati rice
- 3 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. l and 2 tsp corn or potato starch
- 1 tbsp. l and 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 450 gr skinless chicken breast fillet, cut 2.5 cm. sliced
- 2 tsp light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 1 slice (5 cm.) Of ginger, peel and cut into thin sliced
- 1 bunch of green onions, chopped white parts, green cut into thin rings
- 1 jalapeno pepper (red or green), remove seeds and cut into thin slices
- 1 small head of Napa cabbage (Beijing cabbage), chopped stripes 5 cm wide.

Recipe preparation:
- Cook rice in salted water, as indicated on the package. Mix in a bowl 2 tsp. soy sauce and 1 tbsp. l starch and rice vinegar. Add chicken to the mixture and mix. Mix brown sugar, 1/3 tbsp in another bowl. water, 2 tsp starch and 1 tsp. soy sauce and rice vinegar.
- Heat in a large pan to a high temperature 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Add chicken and fry constantly stirring until light golden brown, 2 – 3 min. Shift to a clean bowl.
- Add in the same pan 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil and heat to high temperature. When the oil starts to smoke a little, add ginger, white onions and jalapenos. Fry, stirring constantly for 45 sec. Add cabbage and fry, stirring constantly until soft, 3-5 minutes. Mix starch-sugar mixture and add to the pan with chicken meat. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until the sauce will not thicken, another 1 – 2 minutes. Stir in the green parts of the onion and peanut. Serve sti fry with rice.
