  1. We carefully wash the pieces of pork on the bone under running water. and put it in a large pan.

  2. Add chopped onion, pepper flakes (optional), ground black pepper and salt (1 tsp).

  3. Fill the bones with water to completely cover the contents, and put on a strong fire.

  4. Bring to a boil, remove the foam and try on the salt.

  5. Cover and simmer for 1.5 hours. Meat should freely separated from bones.

  6. Juicy meat on the bone is served hot with your favorite side dish, sauce and vegetable salad. The broth can be supplemented with any spices and herbs to taste.
