- Cut the pepper into half rings.
- Chop the garlic and quickly fry in a pan with butter. Then add pepper and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Salt and pepper.
- Finely chop the parsley and add to the pepper along with the capers. Simmer for another 3 minutes. At the very end add the olives.
