  1. Cut the pepper into half rings.
  2. Chop the garlic and quickly fry in a pan with butter. Then add pepper and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Salt and pepper.
  3. Finely chop the parsley and add to the pepper along with the capers. Simmer for another 3 minutes. At the very end add the olives.
