A fairly simple and traditional recipe for cooking at home delicious meatballs. We cook meatballs from pork minced meat and stew with tomatoes and onions. Fresh parsley will make the dish very fragrant.

  1. Put the tomato (½ pcs.), Parsley in a blender bowl, chopped onion (1 pc.), peeled garlic cloves and chop.

  2. In the bowl we send the ready-made minced pork, egg, crackers and ground mixture. We form medium balls from minced meat (15-16 pcs.).

  3. In hot oil (a large amount), lay the finished meatballs and fry over medium heat on all sides until lightly browned. Put on the plate.

  4. Drain the oil from the pan (leave 3-4 tbsp), add chopped onion into half rings and fry, stirring, 4-5 minutes. We spread the tomatoes (you can take small 10-12 pcs.), Stew 3 minutes and send the fried meatballs to the pan.

  5. Pour water into meatballs with vegetables, should cover the vegetables, cover and simmer over low heat for 20-25 minutes, until the liquid do not evaporate a little.

  6. Serve fragrant beautiful meatballs with stewed tomatoes, onions and favorite side dish.
