An interesting recipe for fish dishes. Suitable for those who have to to diet for health reasons, and those who do not like meat for various reasons. Also suitable for children’s menu.

  1. Cut the fish into medium pieces. Peel and chop the onion.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan, stir with a spoon of crackers, put the first layer of fish on top, pour onion, the second layer, fill up with the remaining breadcrumbs. Add pepper, bay leaf.
  3. Fill with milk, after boiling, reduce the fire, cover the lid. Allow 30 minutes, constantly monitoring the dish. As garnish is suitable mashed potatoes.
