  1. Boil mushrooms in salted water for 20 minutes. Throw it in a colander.

  2. Finely chop the cabbage, chop the onion into cubes.

  3. Chop the carrots with a coarse grater.

  4. Fry vegetables and mushrooms in a pan with a small amount vegetable oil.
