  1. Cut the liver and fry in a pan for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Add finely chopped onion, fry about 3 minutes, then add the carrots, also fry.
  3. Then add buckwheat (350 gr), fill it all with water (400 ml). Add spices according to your taste preferences.
  4. Cook it for about 15-20 minutes (
