- Peel and finely chop the onion.
- Cut carrots into thin straws, you can use special grater for Korean carrots. Fry carrots with onions in vegetable oil.
- Peel and dice the zucchini, add to the onion and mix carrots.
- Chop cauliflower at random and add to vegetables.
- Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes, add to the pan.
- Cover the pan and simmer for about 20-25 minutes. Can add some water.
- Cut the tomatoes into small slices, chop the garlic and add to vegetables. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir everything and simmer another 5 minutes. Vegetables should be fully prepared.
