  1. Peel and finely chop the onion.
  2. Cut carrots into thin straws, you can use special grater for Korean carrots. Fry carrots with onions in vegetable oil.
  3. Peel and dice the zucchini, add to the onion and mix carrots.
  4. Chop cauliflower at random and add to vegetables.
  5. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes, add to the pan.
  6. Cover the pan and simmer for about 20-25 minutes. Can add some water.
  7. Cut the tomatoes into small slices, chop the garlic and add to vegetables. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir everything and simmer another 5 minutes. Vegetables should be fully prepared.
