  1. Grate carrots on a coarse grater, cut onions into cubes, pepper – triangles or straws, tomato – slices, garlic – slices.
  2. In a frying pan, heated over medium heat, pour oil and fry onions and carrots until golden brown 3 minutes.
  3. Add pepper and fry for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Then add tomato sauce (I mixed tomato in a blender pasta, onion, sun-dried tomatoes, dark sugar, salt, oregano, olive oil) and mix well.
  5. Reduce the heat to low. Add tomatoes to the pan, capers and garlic, cover and simmer for 7-10 minutes until tender pepper.
  6. Wash the salad and take apart the leaves. Put leaves on plates lettuce, stewed vegetables on top. Enjoy your meal!
