For mole sauce:
- 4 things. peel of vegetable physalis
- 2 medium sized tomatoes
- 4 unpeeled garlic cloves
- 1/2 large onion
- 3/4 Art. vegetable oil
- 8 dried anchovy chili peppers, cut off the base and pour seeds (leave seeds)
- 8 dried pasilla chili peppers, cut off the base and discard the seeds
- 1 tortilla tortilla
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped almonds
- 1/2 tbsp. raisins
- 1/2 tbsp. pumpkin seed
- 4 tbsp. l sesame seeds
- 5 pieces. whole pepper
- 5 pieces. black pepper peas
- 2 pcs. whole cloves
- 1/4 star anise star
- 2.5 cm. Cinnamon rolls
- Coarse salt
- 170 gr milk chocolate chop

For turkey:
- 6 – 8 turkey thighs (300 g each)
- 1/2 large onion
- 2 celery stalks, cut into four parts
- 1 large bunch of cilantro
- 2 pcs. whole cloves
- 4 things. whole pepper
- 1/4 star anise star
- 5 pieces. black pepper peas

Recipe preparation:
