Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 clove garlic, chop
  • 2 tbsp. l cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. l olive oil and a little more for spraying
  • 2 tsp Sahara
  • A pinch of dried pepper flakes
  • Chopped parsley for sprinkling

Recipe preparation:

  1. Steam carrots until tender for about 15 minutes. Then salt to taste. Meanwhile, simmer the garlic in apple cider vinegar, olive oil and sugar, 3 min. Throw a pinch salt and red pepper flakes. Mix carrots with sweet garlic and sprinkle with olive oil. Sprinkle with parsley.
