- 300 gr lentils
- 1 bunch of Swiss chard
- 1/4 Art. olive oil plus more to spray
- 2 leeks, only white and light green parts, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. l tomato paste
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tbsp. l honey
- Juice 1 Lemon

Recipe preparation:
- Heat 1/4 tbsp. olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add leeks and carrots and cook until tender, 5 min. Add garlic and tomato paste and cook for 1 min. Increase heat to high; add 4 tbsp. water, cinnamon stick and lentils. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium, cover cover and simmer until tender, 20 min.
- Meanwhile, cut the coarse stems at the chard, leave 3 sheet and cut the rest. Put whole leaves on lentils, cover and cook until the leaves are soft, 1 minute. Season salmon with salt and pepper and wrap each fillet steamed chard leaf.
- Leave about 1 tbsp. lentils for making warm salad from beets and lentils with goat cheese. Stir honey and lemon juice with the remaining lentils and season with salt and pepper. Mix with chopped chard. Place the wrapped salmon on top of the lentils, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
